February Beers Are Going Dark

And for events happening around Boulder this weekend, our Colorado Daily’s nightlife columnist, Alexandra Sieh, has a few suggestions here.
*Spoiler: There’s a local brewery with a lot on the line this Sunday.*

An Investigation at University of Colorado
The University of Colorado today made public an independent investigation that found pervasive sexual harassment and bullying within the Boulder campus’ philosophy department, a report that has now led administrators to remove the department chair and suspend all graduate student admissions into the department until at least the fall of 2015.
The review — conducted at CU’s request by the American Philosophical Association’s Committee on the Status of Women Site Visit Program — comes just days after the university released a report showing the Boulder campus is meeting the legal requirements under Title IX, the federal gender equity and non-discrimination law.
