In The Midst Of The Horror
Boulder runners describe the scene as the bombs went off at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
In the newsroom, calls and tweets all went out, hoping to make sure local runners were OK. And other papers were doing the same. Getting updates from our fellow papers in Loveland and Canon City, it was a time when all of us - when not staring at the updating coverage on the TV - hoped to hear from each and every Boulder resident to confirm that they were alright.
Their own accounts of the heartbreaking events are here.
